What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, direct bank transfers and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once the order has departed, standard shipping within the North Island would take 1-2 working days, the South Island would take 2-3 working days, and the Rural area and other islands would take an extra 1-2 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

If you’re not available, the courier may leave your package at a designated safe location (if permitted) or leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
